Chili Beef Soup

Menu: Chili Beef Soup, Cornbread and a Tossed Green Salad

Shopping list:
1 lb ground beef or TVP
1 large onion, chopped
3 cans beef broth or veggie broth
1 can tomato puree
1 T chili powder
1/2 t each, cumin,oregano leaves
2 cans kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1 can whole corn, drained
Cheddar Cheese

Cornbread - Jiffy or premade
Bag lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, Ranch Dressing

If using TVP follow directions on can.
Fry onion until tender, add TVP and mix together.
Add remaining ingredients and cook on low until flavors mixed.
Serve in blows and pass the cheese.
